The banshee quick change clutch cover eliminates the need to remove your complete clutch cover to
access your clutch for maintenance or adjustments. both the clutch cover and top ring have full O-ring
seals, and top ring comes pre-polished, Comes with 12 stainless steel button head hardware. The
modification has been re-designed to clear the stock foot pegs and a eight plate clutch, ten plate clutch
systems do not clear stock foot pegs. You also have your choice of see-through outer
quick change covers

This is a completely new clutch cover not an old style modified yamaha clutch cover. That used to be the way
to go but not anymore. Direct Drive has now brought to its valued customers the best banshee clutch cover
available.

There are many weak areas with a modified clutch cover. They are less than 1/8th of an inch thick in the kick
start areas making the cover very prone to breakage. Direct Drives new clutch covers are over 1/2 inch thick in
this area.

The different ways that people use to attach a quick change ring to the cover also leave open a big window for
potential failure. With welding you have the opportunity for cover warpage and if the weld is not done properly
the cover could leak. Some people get really lazy and just tack weld the modification on and fill the left over
area with some type of silicone. This not only looks terrible but it is a failure waiting to happen. Others bond
the ring on with an epoxy, this method does not pose any warping problems but most people use an over the
counter epoxy that does not hold up under this type of use and very often will result in a failure.

With our new clutch covers all of these potential failures have been eliminated. Our quick change is part of the
cover, casted in from the start.
