~Machining Process~
How it works, as with the Banshee covers, Once we receive your clutch cover and/or
when a new one is purchased, we take the clutch cover and precision machine your
cover on our CNC mill and install our CNC machined pre-polished billet rings. Once
all machining, installation, final assembly, and clean-up is complete they are ready to
be packaged and shipped out to you.
~Direct Drive clutch cover modification must be done to allow clearance for the lockout.~
HONDA TRX250R KICK START SHAFT
(NEW) All one piece Honda TRX250R kick start shafts. These new shafts are being built from purpose specific
material at the correct length for the TRX250R lockout~quick change modification. No longer will you need to
have your stock shaft modified for the correct clearance, or have a worry about shaft reliability.
Honda TRX250R kick start shafts must be purchased to clear the clutch cover modification. If you are not kick
starting your bike this option does not need to be performed.

defects in material or workmanship. Direct Drive will repair or replace at our option,
if the product is proved defective in material or workmanship. Normal wear, Abuse,
Improper care or Negligence are not and will not be covered under this warranty.

Clutch Cover Modification
The Honda 250R quick change modification eliminates the need to remove your
complete clutch cover to access your clutch for maintenance or adjustments. The two
billet rings that make up the modification have full O-ring seals, and come
pre-polished, The 10 stainless steel allen button heads that makes up the
modification also come pre-polished. The modification has been designed to clear the
stock foot pegs so you do not have to have any foot peg spacers. You also have your
choice of see-through outer quick change covers clear, smoke, red, or blue, and a
polished billet aluminum cover
